I have spent the afternoon helping a friend organise his Outlook contacts.
We have imported from OE etc and we then got onto the subject of multiple
emails.
We went through all of his contacts and used the Compnay Name field as a
quick identifier of where we might want to send (Company Name = England,
USA, Netherlands)
When we come to click NEW MESSAGE we can only see the email address, display
name, Name and Contact Type - I cannot believe we cant add and remove colums
from this area to allow us to filter and sort by Company Name.
We have the same problem when trying to add contacts to a distribution list.
Does anyone have a work around?
