Outlook 2003 not sending

I have several accounts in Outlook and I am having a problem with one of
then. Every time I try to send a message I get an error message back saying
the following:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
"(e-mail address removed) on 11-2-06 11:30 am
550 <[email protected]> No such user here

I have tried to create a new account but still get the same message. There
are other people with the same accounts on the same ISP and they have no
trouble at all. This problem is happening on a desktop and a laptop. I have
looked at the internet security program that I use and it's not interfearing
with my other accounts.

If anyone has any ideas on how to resolve this issue would be great.

Thanks in advance, Dave

Configure your SMTP server settings for that account to use authentication
or use the SMTP server settings from the ISP providing you Internet access
instead.
