Email Problems in Outlook 2003

R

Ron J.

I am not able to send email in Outlook 2003. I get an "undeliverable" message
stating that "Your message did not reach some or all of the intended
recipients" and then "the following recipients could not be reached".

I test the email account (POP) under "email accounts" and the test works
fine and successfully sends a test message. I am also able to send emails to
people whose email accounts are with my ISP and I can receive emails without
a problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is this a new problem or has it been happening for a while? Is the SMTP
(outgoing) mail server on the same ISP network as you?

This problem started to occur when I imported contacts from my other
computer which was running the same version of Outlook. And yes, the STMP
(outgoing) mail server is one the same ISP network as me.

Very odd... have you tried removing & readding your mail account? Simply
importing contacts shouldn't affect your mail accounts...
