Outlook 2003 - No icons in the "Sort by: Icon" column

Just installed 3 new servers:

W2K3 + SP1
Terminal Services
Citrix Presentation Manager 3.0 + hotfix R03
Office 2003/Outlook 2003 + SP1

Some of my Terminal Server users don't see an icon to show the status of a
message: read, unread, replied, etc. I.e., no icons in the column that is by
default second from the left, and to the right of the "Importance" column.
This is not across all users. Does this possibly have something to do with
video resolution or color saturation? Any ideas? Thanks.

1. Right click on the bar containing From, Subject, Received, Size etc.
2. Click Customize Current View.
3. An alert type window will open up, here click Reset Current View.
4. Click OK on the confirmation box.
5. After that you will see all the columns. You can remove which ever you don't need, by right clicking on that particular column and choosing Remove Column.
