Outlook XP on Server 2003 Terminal Server`

Denis

We are using Microsoft Outlook 2002 (XP) on Windows Server 2003 R2 64-bit
Enterprise Edition. It is our Terminal Server.

We are not able to configure Outlook Profiles. Right-click on the Outlook
Icon in Start Menu shows only 3 options - Read Mails, Internet Properties and
Remove from the list. Access to Control Panel have been restricted, so users
cannot access "Mail" control panel applet in "View x86 Control Panel Icons".

How can I enable the "Outlook Properties" option in Start menu? Or how can
I enable the "Mail" icon to be shown directly in "Control Panel" rather than
in "View x86 Control Panel Icons"?

Thanks in Advance.

Best Regards,

You can't. I believe that was added in Outlook 2003.

Panel" rather than

You can't either as you are using a 64-bit OS.

You can create a shortcut to MLCFG32.CPL to directly open the Mail applet.
