Outlook 2003 links

All of a sudden, links that are in e-mail messages in outlook 2003 are
broken. Instead of following a opening a web page when the link is clicked it
throws me into my hard drive file management. What's going on here? I've
looked everywhere and cannot find a setting to change this.

Try this: in IE, click Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings
