Outlook 2003 - interferes with Modem

I'm using talkworks 3.0 as and answering machine on my computer. It worked
fine untill I installed Outlook 2003. Now my talkworks program doesn't
answer any calls after I run Outlook. Any suggestions.

Also if I close outlook and later try to open it from the programs menu it
doesn't open.

But I get this response:

"Outlook is not responding. If you are using an Exchange server e-mail, you
can cancel pending server requests by clicking Cancel server requests on the
short menu."

There is no short menu !

I don't think talkworks and outlook like each other. Do you have outlook
integration enabled? If you do, disable it.
