Outlook 2003 - how to flag off line folders

With Outlook 2000, there was an easy way to pick which folder you wanted to
make available in your offline OST file. You picked Synchronize and then
picked the files. Is there an easy way to do it in Outlook 2003? It seems
like the only way I have found it is by right clicking each folder and
clicking the offline checkmark.

With 2003 you are probably running in cached mode and in that case your
whole mailbox is available in your OST. It actually works quite well --
it's pretty efficient.

This one guy has about a 5gb mail store and only wants to carry a small part
around with him.

Well...I'm not really sure how to do that efficiently. Cached mode is
designed for what you're talking about but it is going to bring the whole
5GB. Of course, it syncs in the background and only syncs changes so it is
pretty efficient and easy to work with.

Is his concern disk space or sync time or?

The only way I've found to do it isn't efficient at all: Run with File | Work Offline turned on all the time and set up a send/receive group. I've done it for public folders, but not for mailbox folders.
