Just migrated to Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2000 back end
and cannot find where custom forms are being cached? Can
anyone pls. explain what the "clear cache" cmd button in
the forms manager window of my inbox properties does?
(where does it clear cached forms from?) Also, I cannot
find a formscache.dat file ??? and when I load new custom
forms they are caching but I cannot find them in either
the Application Data\Microsoft\Forms folder or
WINDOWS\FORMS folder and I cannot locate them through a
windows explorer search either? pls help

See KB Article 320835 for an explanation on forms and the
caching of them. Also the clear cache button. This
wouldn't work for me on some clients

The cache should be in Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Forms. Clearing the cache deletes the Frmcache.dat file.
