corrupted Cache

Hello Outlook Forms UG!

Every once in a while, when I try to open an Outlook contact, the system
tells me that the form cannot be found and it gives me an older version of
the form. I have currently form 13.0 and occasionally I get version 9.0 or
just the default Outlook form.

Environment: Outlook XP with Exchange 2003 running on Windows Server 2003.

Is there a script to have the cache clear without having to go through all
the steps below?

From the Outlook main window (not from an open item) go to Tools | Options |
Select the "Other" tab | Click on Advanced Options | Click below on Custom
Forms | Manage Forms | and press Clear Cache

Thanks,

Rafael

Well, you could just delete the frmcache.dat file on the hard drive and
restart Outlook. For some of my users who have this problem often I have a
little batch file I wrote for them to delete this file.
