Outlook 2003 & Exhcnage 2000

We have several users testing Outlook 2003 and when there passwords on
exchange expire they do not get propmted to change their password? Is there
something different in Outlook 2003?

Are they logging into the domain (as in, do their computers belong to the
domain and are they logging in using their domain credentials)? Are you
using cached mode?
