Thanks for your reply. But, the thing is that I can not ask user to
copy the file from email back to HDD everytime they attach file in Outlook.

Then I suggest the user use Copy, not Move, to attach the file to the
e-mail.

I appreciate your reply. If the default " insert file " function in an
Outlook new email is cut action but not copy action, your way is the only
thing I can
do. But I think Microsoft would not create this kind of function to make
trouble to its customers.

I have several cases from different users now. Is there anyone who
understands the real meaning of my problem ?

To be precise, you would need to describe step by step what the user is
doing so someone may replicate the problem.
