Hi
I have a user, using Outlook 2003, accessing an Exchange 2003 server, who,
when she starts up Outlook, can see both the exchange mailbox plus a personal
folder for archived data, but when she tries to access the archived folder
data, an error stating the data is not accessible is generated.
The only way to overcome the problem is to use data file management to
disconnect from the data file, the reconnect to it and the data is then
accessible.
The data file is located on the users home directory on the server, which
can be viewed to check the data file is there without any access issues.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks
