Outlook 2003-Crash when folders were opened.

Hi-

We are a mixed environment of Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2003- (Users are in
Exchange 2003)

Today, for the Outlook 2003 users, when they browse any sub-folders in their
mailbox, Outlook crashes-

This is happening only for Outlook 2003 users and not for any Outlook 2000
users.

If the same user access their mailbox thro OWA, it works fine- Also if we
create a new(Windows) profile, it works-
On the existing windows profile, even if we create a new Outlook profile, it
crashes...

Any suggestions please??

Well, I think, you have already found the solution. It seems, the
Windows userprofile was damaged.

Well...thats not actually a solution, this is happening for all the Outlook
2003 users and I dont want to recreate windows profile for these users...
(Backup of favorites, etc and then have to restore!)

Any suggestions?

The issue was fixed after we restarted our Exchange 2003 cluster-
