Outlook 2003 cpu usage at 99%

I'm running Outlook 2003 on Windows XP/SP2. All Office updates are current.
When I open Outlook, its CPU usage goes to 99% and stays there. This is a
recent installation of the application and I have tried the repair option
through Control Panel / Change Programs.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Same here with other problems. Check your windown task manager to see what
processes are running. I have had 2-3 outlooks going at the same
time.....don't know why. I get microsoft is synchronizing folders all the
time and it takes forever and I can't get anything else done.
