Outlook 2003 behaving strangely

David Thomas

When typing a new email in Outlook the screen does not keep up with what some
of my users are typing and then minimises the email. This is affecting 15
people so far. Seems to be an intermittent thing at the moment although more
users are reporting the issue as time goes on, had the odd one or two users a
couple of weeks ago and it seems to be getting worse as time goes on.

Has anyone else ever come across this ? I thought it might just be a memory
issue with the computers in question but with so many experiencing it then I
really dont think thats the case. It also doesnt matter who the emails are to
either so I am fairly certain they are not mis keying some strange key
sequence to minimise the email. The users can click on the email and carrying
on typing but then sometimes a short while later the same thing will happen
again...

Any idea's as I am completely stumped...

Thank you for any help anyone can give.

Davidt
