Outlook 2003 & BCC

eblaster

I sent an email to a bunch of people and I BCC'd them all, I copied myself
as well. Now, I'd like to determine whom I sent the email to. How can I
see who I
BCC'd? The copy in the Sent folder does not contain the information.

Thanks

That's the way BCC works: no one (even you) can see who was sent the
email. There was however, a bug in MS's BCC some time ago that somehow
let you find the addresses on the exchange server in certain
circumstances (delivery failure or something...I don't recall exactly),
but I don't think it's still present.

When the message is opened from your Sent Items folder, open your View menu
and make sure that BCC has a checkmark in front of it. All of your
recipients will show there.

I stand corrected, and I'm surprised that you can see who the Bcc went to!
