Outlook 2002 Hang Issue

I've been trying figure this one out.
I have 15 XP client machines running OutlookXP(2002). They all get their
e-mail off of an Exchange server. (No .PST's.) I have been experiencing
Outlook hanging when trying to delete read reciepts and meeting requests. At
the same time there is a message saying "Outlook is Requsting data".
I do not have this problem with Outlook2000 or 2003, just the
OutlookXP(2002) clients.
Anybody know what is going on here? Is it my client machines or the
Exchange server?

I did redo the profile from scratch. No dice.
