Outlook 2002 Error Message OX800CCC90

Hi,
I'm getting the following error message when I try to send and receive
E-mail with Outlook 2002:
Sending and receiving reported error (OX800CCC90).
Outlook keeps asking for the username and password, although the right
information is already displayed.

Does anybody know what this is about and how it can be fixed?
