Outlook 2002 auto archive not working

Outlook 2002 auto archive creates an additional set of
Archive folders but no emails transfer from original
personal folders.
We are using MS Exchange 5.5 server with sp4.
I have downloaded all Office Updates and WinUpdates.

If auto archive fails to move items, then they have been modofied, most
likely by anti-virus. Check the modofied date of the items in question, I
bet they are recent.
