Everytime I reply to a message in my Inbox, Outlook automatically deletes the
message. Its like it is lost--it doesn't even show up in my deleted
items--its just gone. This just started happening last Thursday and I am not
sure why. Any suggestions?

Make sure you're using the Messages view and not the Unread Messages view.
