Outlook 2000 not shutting down.

Can anyone tell me where I can find the "Outlook 2000 Post-
Service Pack 3 Hotfix Package: January 13, 2004"
Outlook 2000 does not shut down when exiting normally.
This happened when Outlook 2003 was installed in error.

The article describing that hotfix will contain instructions on how to
contact Microsoft to request it.
