Outlook 2000 installed on new Vista computer

I need help installing an old version of office 2000 on a new
vista computer. Everything seems to work except Outlook. When trying to run
Outlook calendar (or anything else) I receive the following error message:
Unknown error 0x9cd4011d while attempting to open Windows Address Book.
Unable to fing the WAB.dll

I am trying to use foldershare to sync files with three of my other
computers...all using windows XP home. They all work fine so this seems to be
a Vista problem or new computer gremlin. Please, if anyone has a
recommendation or solution, I would greatly appreciate the help
