Outlook 2000 Error on Start up

I am trying to install my Office 2000 and keep getting an
error when trying to start up MS Outlook. I have
reinstalled twice. the error is:

Failed to register a VB Script DLL. Reinstall or run
Regsvr32.exe Vbscript.dll to self register. The
key "Smallicon" is either missing or has an incorrect
value. [File c:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office\Forms\1033\TASK.CFG, Section Description]

I tried the steps under this link:

But the last set of instructions says to rename the 1033
file but when I search I get a bunch of them. Which one
would I rename

Any other suggestions.

Try renaming the c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Forms\1033\ to ...\1033OLD then reinstall Office 2000.
