Outlook 2000- COM Add-ins

I have install Outlook bakup, it is only installed on one user. I believe I
can install Outlook backup for another logon user via Tools, Options, Other,
Advanced Options, COM Add-ins. However the file Outlook does not appear and
when I click on ADD no files appear in the window. How do I install Outlook
backup file in this folder?

In COM Add-Ins, after clicking Add, browse to the folder containing
outbak.dll, select it, and click OK.
