outlook 02 puts random emails in location other than inbox

hi

i've looked through many posts that sort of deal with this questio
but i either missed answer or missed pos

outlook 02 is putting random emails--corporations/businesses, some o
all cox.net. some or all comcast.net--into some folder, which i can'
determine, other than my inbo

earthlink sees the emails coming in (i worked with there tec
support), and i can view them in norton anti-spam/filtering lo
(can't read them there), and can find them if i search all recieve
mail. i turned off norton anti-spam and problem remained. proble
is about 2 weeks old. this is my home email but another person a
work had emails being sent into his deleted file--my deleted file i
fine

thanks, but unfortunately, no--just checked it--there was one rul
wizard: "exceptions" that was empty when i looked at it, i deleted i
and still had problems, i.e., last night the email to register fo
this forum never made it to my inbox, but i found it searching al
mail recieve

Do you have a view set on your In-box? Turn on your advanced toolbar and
use the dropdown to select All Messages as the current view.

person you replied to--i can find lost email by searching all mai
recieved, but do you know how i can determine where that email wa
stored once i pull it up--if i can figure where email is going, tha
might hel

If you know of one piece of mail that you received that has "disappeared",
conduct an Advanced Search for it. Note the folder to which it was moved.
Then go back and check through your Rules and Alerts to see if something
there is triggering it.
