Out of Office Not working

We're running exchange 2003, cached mode. I have one user who can not set
her out of office message from inside of outlook.

She can set it using OWA.

Any suggestions?

Are the Exchange Extensions enabled on the client?

I assume so, as it got a standard load, and had done it in the past. But how
would I check to make sure?

There is nothing listed there. Where would I find the extensions? The
Exchange server?

I compared hers to mine, and we both have the same things checked for
extensions in add-ins. Neither one of us have something in com.

Mine works.
