Out of Office Assistant

Using Microsoft Outlook 2007. Is there a way to program the out of office
assistant to reply to ALL emails and not just once per sender (so that a
sender gets the out of office reply each time they send an email not just the
first time)?

Out of Office is a function of Exchange. You would have to discuss with your
Exchange Admin or set a server side rule to respond to every email that you
receive in your absence. By default, Exchange replies only once to each
sender to reduce email traffic. It is assumed that when someone receives one
out of office from you, they will not need another.
