Maybe a glitch somewhere, usually caused by corruption, try upgrading to IE7
and see if that fixes it

This cryptic message has many meanings, sometimes not even involving
the involved RAM. When was the last time the temporary internet files
folder was cleaned out?

Actually, upgrading to IE7 on a troubled system would be a Very Bad
Idea. The OP should determine what is causing the problem first. To that
end, I would suggest the OP start his/her troubleshooting by answering:

The First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time
things worked and the time they didn't?

The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the
malware/virus status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what
programs (and versions) did you use to determine this?

Be sure the computer is clean:

What are you doing when you get this message?
Any particular site?

I suspect that this is a problem with a script from a web page. In
that case it would be unique to a certain web page or possibly a group
of pages on the same site.

Another possibility is a malware item of some kind
(virus/trojan/spyware) that is active on your computer. Have you
checked your system for such items recently?

Good luck
