I have been offered a bios upgrade by eSupport.com, Inc. Cost US $24.95.

Does anyone know this company? Are their products ok?

Thanks for any and all help.

Aren't BIOS updates available for free from your computer or motherboard
manufacturer?

Ches,

I can't answer your question, but in my personal
opinion do not update your bios unless there is a problem
that requires the upgrade to correct.

It's a good idea to upgrade the BIOS to the latest version, especially
if running XP.
But this is usually free from the manufacturer's web site.
