OT: Domain Name and a Host

I know this is of topic but you guys and gals have given me such grand
advice here before that I decided to post here.

I want to get a domain name and a host and make my own website.
I am familiar enough with Dreamweaver that I can make a good looking
website.

Could you recommend a place that does this? Something with good customer
service and decent bandwidth and disk storage.

I tried Register, Go Daddy, and NetworkSolutions (there are thousands of
others) but I got confused and now I really don't know which place would be
a good place for both domain name and as a host.

godaddy is ok and low cost. Easy and fast setup also.
