Organize by color issue outlook 2003/2007

When I choose to organize by color with either of the above mentioned
clients I get a strange issue. We have our Exchange org setup to show
GAL entries as Lastname, Firstname. If I choose an email, lets say
the internal name is Jones, Mike, and I choose to organize emails from
that user to show as red, every email that has "mike" in the From
field will turn red (names like Mike Jackson, etc all turn red). If I
choose an email from someone outside the org, say the email shows as
from Mike Jackson, and color code those emails red, it works as
expected.

I did a quick search and didn't find anything on this. I confirmed
this on 3 clients.

Thanks

Interesting that I can duplicate it at will here..with any of 3
versions of the client...
