organize button stopped working in outlook 2000

Hello, my organize button stopped working today. When I click on the
folder list pull down nothing happens. I used to be able to select a
folder. Any ideas how to fix this problem. I dont see anything in the
eventlog. THanks.

Yes I actually tried applying some patches but nothing changend. The
folder tree with the select folder screen does not come up any more.
The only way that it works is using the wizard.
