Organizational Charts

I need help. I have created an organizational chart in Word with Windows XP.
The chart resized itself (off the page), I cannot move boxes over where I
need them, and some lines cannot be moved and they go right through other
boxes. Please help!

The version of Word is usually more helpful than that of Windows when asking a
problem about Word. Is this Word 2002 or 2003? Or some other version?
