Organization Chart in PowerPoint

We are currently using Windows XP with Office 2000. Any
known fixes for the Organization Chart in PowerPoint not
working because the MsoClip.232 and MsoPref.232 files
created when orgchart.exe is executed. The files are
generated and put into the Windows folder which is Read
Only.

I have tried giving Modify and Full Rights to the 2 files
and still unable to use org chart in PowerPoint 2000.

There's a link on that page to a MSKB article about this. And some
additional information...If this is your issue, you need to make sure
that users have read/write but not delete permissions on the files
mentioned. Apparently if they have delete permission, Org Chart deletes
the files the next time it starts, but because of the folder
permissions, the files won't be created.
