Organization Chart Autoshape Problems

I want to create an org chart that does not have a single superior autoshape.
I can't delete or move or add co-workers to do this. The first row of
autoshapes is 5 shapes long, followed by 2 subordinates for each superior etc.
But no single superior at the top, there are 5.
I use to be able to do this is Office 2000 but can't seem to get around this
problem in 2003.
Any ideas?

AFAIK you cant delete the single superior shape or add co workers.

You can either draw it from scratch with rectangles and connectors

OR make the shape with a superior but otherwisa as you want - cut and paste
special as a png and use the crop tool to remove the top layer.
