Organisation Forms

Apologies if this is the incorrect group to post this to. If not, please
advise as to the preferred one etc.

Using Exchange 2003, Outlook 2000, XP etc.

We have a form within our 'Organisational Forms' which requires editing.
I've done the changes and saved the form but am a bit stumped as to what to
do next.
How do I get the 'new' form displayed within the users Outlook.

Hope that makes sense.
Regards

You should:

a) Make a backup copy of the existing published form as an .oft file.

b) Increment the version number on the new version's (Properties) page.

c) Publish the new version with the same message class/name as the original.

Many thanks both for your help.
Unfortunatley I'm still having difficulty.
The original form has been saved as an .oft file.
The changes have been implemented and the version number increased and then
re-published using the samne name.
However on using the form and completing the details, when I hit Send, a
copy of it ends up in my Sent Folder but it doesn't actually mail it out.
Another copy (blanked out of any details) is also stored in my Drafts
folder.

You should:

a) Make a backup copy of the existing published form as an .oft file.

b) Increment the version number on the new version's (Properties) page.

c) Publish the new version with the same message class/name as the original.

Is there any code behind the form? If so, what does it do?

You are conducting your tests with the published form, right? And you've checked Help | About This Form to make sure that it's the most recent version?
