Trying to install incredimail I get the message
"The ordinal 23 could not be found in the dynamic link
library MAPI32.dll"

restore the original MAPI32.dll file by doing the following:
1. Launch Windows Explorer (right-click the Start button and choose
Explore).
2. Go into the C:\Windows\System folder.
3. Find the file MAPI32.dll and delete it.
4. Find the file mapi32bak.dll in the same folder and rename it to
mapi32.dll (right-click it, choose Rename, type the new name, and hit
Enter).
