Order in which messages are displayed in Inbox

I use Outlook as my POP3 client at home. With an upgrade to Outlook 2007, my
Inbox messages seemed to be displayed differently. I sort according to Date
Created, in ascending order. Now, when a new batch of mail is received, each
item has the same date created (I believe that this is as it had been) but
within that batch, they appear in the Inbox in DESCENDING order of date and
time sent. If I reverse the display order in Outlook, they are reversed
exactly, and still do not appear in the correct sequential order in which
they have been sent. Is there a way to correct this?

You can customize the view so that the sent date is used as the sort order
if you don't want to use the received time.

This was very concise and incredibly helpful. You were as good as you have
been in every other contact I have had with you. Can you tell me if this is
because of something that changed from O 2003 to O 2007? Thanks again.
