Oracle service

I installed Oracle sometime ago and then uninstalled.
However, I noticed there are still some Oracle related services left:
Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services,
however I got no ways to remove but only disable it.

Correct. Sadly, I've never yet seen an Oracle application that will
uninstall completely. Once Oracle gets on a computer, it's there until
you format the hard drive.

You'd have to do a search of the hard drive to delete the pertinent
files, and then do a search of the registry to delete all things Oracle.
