Optional "Always on top" for Windows XP

Hi, I'm wondering if there is a Microsoft plugin or addon which allows me to
right click on an explorer window and choose "Always on top"

I connect to a remote desktop at work and also have windows open from the
native desktop at the same time. So I'm wondering if there is some way to
have the native desktop's explorer window "always on top" whilst I'm using
the remote desktop fully maximized.

Much like how I can choose "always on top" for Winamp etc.

Perhaps a registry entry which allows "always on top" funcionality when
right-clicking on the header bar?

Thanks.

ATI hydravision can do this, but may cause other problems and it is a
background working program.

Another way is WindowBlinds, but it also has it's bugs and it is a
background working program or DLL in winlogon.exe. If it crashes, windows
will crash on blue screen I tried to explain stardock with video demo, that
it has this and other bugs, but they didn't listen to me.

ATI's support is even worse!

The Wonderful Icon allows you to toggle "Always on top"
