Option Buttons in group boxes & unwanted linking

I'm teaching myself how to have option buttons in group boxes on forms. I have 5 group boxes, each with two options. The option buttons are then linked to cell (which enters a "1" or a "2") so I can automatically plunk in a checkmark to form areas that apply based on which option the user chooses. At first all my group boxes/option buttons seem to work independently....then one option button will link itself to an option button in the next group box. What am I doing wrong?

It may be that your option buttons are not fully enclosed inside th
group box. Make sure that they do not overlap the border
