OpenMG Jukebox

I have just installed OpenMG jukebox Ver.2.0 and when trying to open it says
it is incompatible with windows version. I have tried to download an update
and it says I do not need one. I have ensured the Adminstrator has
installed. Any ideas please?? thanks
