Opening VIEW

Could someone please tell me how to get the original view back when I open
windows mail.
I have lost everything down the left hand side of the opening page. That is
Inbox Outbox Sent emails and File names etc. When I open all I get is a
complete page of receied emails.

You can change the view by going to View, Layout, make sure that
"Folder List" is checked.
