Opening TCP 1723 port for VPN

Hi:

I posted a similar question before about setting up Windows VPN.

After trying several times, and consulting with router manufacturer, I was
able to add an NAT table to the router and opening TCP 1723 port for the
router to open access.

I have also consulted with Symantec support about how to open a port from
NIS 2004 Pro for which I am using.

But in order to add the port to NIS for the application to use, I would need
to know which module (or execution file) would need to use the port and then
add it to the allow list.

So can anyone kindly tell me, which part of Windows in terms of executable
files that Windows will use for VPN connections, so I can add it to NIS.

Thanks for your help.
