opening photo cd

I have 2 photo cds and neither will open. One is new and
I've not seen it, the other I've had some time. The
message says to insert a disc in drive D, but the disc is
in! It will read a music cd. What am I doing wrong?

If you have two drives...try the other one.

Try cleaning the disk.

If that doesn't work...try to copy the disk
and then see if you can open the copy.
