Opening HTML pages

I'm goin nuts. Installed SP2 and all OK except there are some HTML pages that
just won't open. I get a "page fault" message every time. Have turned off
firewall, pop-ups, but still same result. Have changed all security levels to
lowest. Can't figure this one out. HELP pls. Pls excuse, am new to discussion
groups.
