HTML Pages Security

Hello...

After creating all accounts of admins and users... i´m having a little
problem opening access html pages.

I logon with owner and administrator account and still access doesn´t let me
open my .html pages telling me that it doesn´t encounter the data base or i
dont have enough access do open them.

Why does this happend?
How can i configure the pages permissions? ( since at
Tools-Security-Permissions it only let me configure tables, forms,
reports.... )
Was it anything i havent done when i was configuring the users?

Hope someone can help me here. Thx!
