Hi there,
IBM x225 - Windows 2000 Server SP4 - Running Terminal Services/Server
***
Clone - Windows 2000 Small Business Server SP4 - Running Exchange 2000 sp3
Also running NetIQ MailMarshal and Sophos Exchange Monitor.
***
Our users are having problems opening attachments in OL2002 (XP) in a
Windows 2000 temminal server environment.
The users are opening OL2002 which is connecting to an exchange server
(sbs - seperate server).
Basically, they are double-clicking the attachment and when it prompts, they
go to click on "Open", as opposed to "Save" (save works fine). Upon trying
to select Open the session freezes.
If we hit Ctrl-Alt-Del and then Cancel, the session stops freezing and you
can open the attachment as normal.
This is a nightmare, as alot of the time we are having to hit Ctrl-Alt-Del
just to open the attachment.
Also, this is completely random - sometimes the attachment opens fine, other
times it does this.....
I was wondering if it was a bug in OL2002, or there is a patch for this
particular issue - Google did not assist on this particlar occasion.
Any help or ideas much appreciated.

Thanks in advance
