Open Program With....

I want to edit a .js (javascript) file on my local drive in Notepad.exe. I can't. When I view the properties of the file, it tells me the Program recommended to open the file is Windows Based Script Host. At the bottom of the Programs view is the statement: Always use the selected program to open this kind of file. That sentence and checked box are greyed out so
cannot change the recommended program. What or where do I go to change the "Open With" to notepad? This is XP Pro version.

Open C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR Name ?\SendT
put NotePad.exe shortcut in SendTo folder. then when you right click on a file ,in a menu you will see this option "send to" send it to notepad.But in right click there is an option in menu box "Open with" click and there should be NotePad

Right click the *.js file | click Edit (right below Open) |
This will open any *.js file in Notepad.
Works for *.vbs. *.bat and others as well.
